About the Project
CareerCompass is an inclusive education initiative focused on preventing early school dropout among students aged 15–17 with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The project aims to support students in developing self-awareness, social-emotional skills and career readiness while creating more inclusive learning environments that respond to their individual needs.
Through personalised learning activities, practical tools and tailored career guidance, CareerCompass will help students recognise their strengths, build confidence, strengthen their interpersonal skills and explore future education and career opportunities.
The project also focuses on empowering teachers with the knowledge and practical competences needed to support students with ASD through inclusive teaching methods and personalised guidance. By combining digital innovation, teacher training and awareness-raising activities, CareerCompass seeks to promote neurodiversity, reduce stigma and contribute to more supportive educational environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Project Impact
CareerCompass aims to contribute to more inclusive and supportive educational environments in which students with ASD can recognise their potential, develop essential life skills and make informed decisions about their futures.
By combining personalised career guidance, inclusive learning resources and teacher capacity-building, the project seeks to address some of the barriers that can contribute to early school dropout. Its focus on neurodiversity awareness will also encourage schools and communities to recognise individual differences as an important part of inclusive education.
Through its collaborative approach, CareerCompass will support students, teachers and educational communities in working towards a more inclusive learning experience where every young person has the opportunity to participate, develop and plan for the future.
